The CEO Works team will support you through a four-month Hiring to Value™ journey. Your journey begins with a 1.5-day workshop followed by mentoring from a Master CEO Works Coach.

Digital Tools Included: All participants receive access to our digital and AI tools, which help intellectualize and facilitate some of the work involved in implementing Hiring to Value™ methodology in their work. At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will be mentored by a Master CEO Works Coach to apply the methodology in their organizations for up to 4 months.
