Supports participants using the tools and practices back in the workplace focused on the business' strategy and pivotal roles that will deliver disproportionate value
Digital Tools Included: All participants receive access to our digital tool which automates and facilitates the work involved in implementing Talent to Value in their companies. At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will be mentored by a Master CEO.Works Coach to apply the Talent to Value™ method in their organizations. Upon successful completion, they become Certified Talent to Value™ Practitioners.
